Helping You Find Balance

TREATMENTS
Initial Assessments ( approximately 1 hour): The physiotherapist will collect a detailed history before doing some clinical tests to help determine the likely cause of the problem. You will receive an individualised treatment programme based on findings from the assessment.

Follow-up appointments (approximately 30 or 45 minutes) are usually required to reassess, review and progress home exercise programmes and answer questions you may have.

The number of appointments required depends on you, your problem and how you respond to treatment. Everyone is different and all treatment is individualised.
